Windermere's commitment to serving our communities goes well beyond providing the best in real estate services. Since 1989, through our Windermere Foundation, we've also reached out to help address the challenges faced by homeless and low-income families. Every time I sell a home, a portion of my commission goes to the Foundation. Since it's inception, the Foundation has contributed millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations dedicated to fighting homelessness, with less than one percent going to administrative costs.
